🌸 Announcing Spring Cultivator: Collective Wayfinding
Starting April 3rd | Super Early Bird available till Fri | Taste on Thursday
Fellow travelers,
As the winds of change blow across the lands, we once again are listening to what Life on Earth is inviting us to learn and practice, and are honored to announce enrollment is officially open for the inaugural Spring Cultivator!
In the interest of cultivating cultures of wise innovation, we've dedicated 2025 to developing ̶a̶c̶c̶e̶l̶e̶r̶a̶t̶o̶r̶ ̶d̶e̶c̶e̶l̶e̶r̶a̶t̶o̶r̶ cultivator programming to support founders and changemakers in living, working, and creating with greater harmony.
❄️ Whereas the Winter Cultivator was more focused on Inner Development: Regeneration, Realignment, & Embodiment
🌸 The Spring Cultivator will focus on Collective Wayfinding: Sensing, Sensemaking, Storytelling, & Sangha.
In this season of great change and bewilderment, how are we to respond? Who do we turn to for guidance and support? What can help us remember, come home, navigate the way forward?
Spring Faculty
We are bringing together some of the best teachers we know at the intersection of innovation and wisdom:
Spring will focus less on expert instruction and more on practice and peer project support, cultivating healthy soil for ourselves and our visions to flower through:
Compassionately exploring the history of innovation to better understand the patterns that led to our conditions today
Embodied sensemaking together around how to navigate tremendous change (individually, organizationally, ecosystemically)
Clarifying the stories we are telling, sitting with elders and silence, and supporting each other through tensions on challenging yet rich paths of wise innovation
Sign up this week to access a Super Early Bird price of $500, which will increase weekly until Opening Circle on April 3rd.
The Cultivator is a refuge from the noise and confusion. Come find the others and help us tend a beautiful island of sanity and coherence.
Taste The Cultivator
Our final session of the Winter Cultivator is this Thursday March 6th from 12 - 1:30pm PST on Regenerative Somatics with Ganga Devi Braun and Seth Kaufmann:
By aligning somatic embodiment with the regenerative potential of both the self and the collective, we can cultivate deeper resilience and ethical leadership grounded in the interconnected web of life.
Together we’ll explore:
Practical somatic exercises to metabolize stress and unlock energy
A guided framework for working with personal and professional stuckness
The connection between nervous system capacity expansion and creative flow
A safe, subtle, and powerful approach to composting trauma
An interactive space for reflection, discussion, and application
We'd like to open this session to the wider School of Wise Innovation community, to give folks a chance to feel what the cultivator is all about.
With great gratitude,
Andrew & Ryan
